Improved the columnwidth, fontsize and rowheight of the tables.

Splitted the 'last-entry' table: now there are also different tables per pooltype.
Made a different heatmap-version of the last-entry-tables.
Small improvement in the stepwise-graphs: All lines are now extended to the date of the last race swum
